This CRM section on the PiCortex platform helps manage your relationship with your customers, including customer details and interactions. Learn how to create customer profiles, manage them, and utilize the advanced features for the utmost productivity. Here are some of the things a user can do in the CRM section:

1. Add Customers

Users can add new customers to their database by clicking on the "Add Customer" button. They can then enter the customer's name, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information.

2. View Customer Information

Users can view all the information they have on a particular customer by clicking on their name in the customer list. This will bring up a page with all the customer's details, including their contact information, purchase history, and any notes the user has added.

3. Edit Customer Information

If a user needs to update any of the information they have on a customer, they can do so by clicking on the "Edit" button on the customer's information page. They can then make any necessary changes and save them.

4. Add Notes

Users can add notes to a customer's information page to keep track of any interactions they have had with the customer. This can include phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

5. Schedule Follow-Ups

If a user needs to follow up with a customer at a later date, they can schedule a follow-up reminder in the CRM section. They can set a date and time for the reminder, and add any notes or details about what they need to follow up on.

6. Search for Customers

Users can search for customers by name, email address, or phone number using the search bar at the top of the customer list. This makes it easy to find specific customers quickly.

7. Export Customer Data

If a user needs to export their customer data for any reason, they can do so by clicking on the "Export" button in the CRM section. They can choose which fields they want to export, and the data will be downloaded as a CSV file.

8. Integration with Other Tools

The CRM section on the Picortex platform can be integrated with other tools, such as email marketing software or social media platforms. This allows users to streamline their customer interactions and keep all their data in one place.
