Getting started with Invoices
The Invoices section on the PiCortex platform allows customers to view and manage their invoices. Here are some of the things a customer can do in the Invoices section:
1. View Invoices
Customers can view all their invoices by clicking on the "Invoices" tab in the navigation menu. This will bring up a list of all their invoices, including the invoice number, date, and amount due.
2. Download Invoices
If a customer needs to download a copy of an invoice, they can do so by clicking on the "Download" button next to the invoice they want to download. The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file.
3. Pay Invoices
Customers can pay their invoices directly from the Invoices section by clicking on the "Pay" button next to the invoice they want to pay. They will be taken to a payment page where they can enter their payment information and complete the transaction.
4. View Payment History
If a customer wants to view their payment history, they can do so by clicking on the "Payment History" tab in the navigation menu. This will bring up a list of all their past payments, including the date, amount, and payment method.
5. Contact Support
If a customer has any questions or concerns about their invoices, they can contact support by clicking on the "Contact Support" button in the Invoices section. This will open a support ticket where they can describe their issue and get help from a support representative.
6. Update Billing Information
If a customer needs to update their billing information, such as their credit card number or billing address, they can do so by clicking on the "Billing Information" tab in the navigation menu. They can then enter their new billing information and save the changes.
7. Set Up Automatic Payments
Customers can set up automatic payments for their invoices by clicking on the "Automatic Payments" tab in the navigation menu. They can then choose a payment method and set a schedule for automatic payments to be made.
8. View Payment Receipts
If a customer needs to view a receipt for a payment they have made, they can do so by clicking on the "Payment History" tab in the navigation menu and clicking on the "View Receipt" button next to the payment they want to view. The receipt will be downloaded as a PDF file.
