The Suppliers section on the PiCortex platform helps manage your suppliers, including supplier details and contact management. Learn how to create supplier profiles, manage them, and utilize the advanced features for the utmost productivity. Here are some of the things a user can do in the Suppliers section:

1. Add Suppliers

Users can add new suppliers to their database by clicking on the "Add Supplier" button. They can then enter the supplier's name, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information.

2. View Supplier Information

Users can view all the information they have on a particular supplier by clicking on the supplier name in the supplier list. This will bring up a page with all the supplier details, including their contact information, products supplied, and any notes the user has added.

3. Edit Supplier Information

If a user needs to update any of the information they have on a supplier, they can do so by clicking on the "Edit" button on the supplier's information page. They can then make any necessary changes and save them.

4. Add Notes

Users can add notes to a supplier's information page to keep track of any interactions they have had with the supplier. This can include phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

5. Search for Suppliers

Users can search for suppliers by name, email address, or phone number using the search bar at the top of the supplier list. This makes it easy to find specific suppliers quickly.

6. Export Supplier Data

If a user needs to export their supplier data for any reason, they can do so by clicking on the "Export" button in the Suppliers section. They can choose which fields they want to export, and the data will be downloaded as a CSV file.

7. Integration with Other Tools

The Suppliers section on the PiCortex platform can be integrated with other tools, such as inventory management software or accounting software. This allows users to streamline their supplier interactions and keep all their data in one place.
